Visible-NIR Near-Field Optical System

The visible–near-infrared module is an add-on to near-field imaging systems operating in other frequency bands, covering selected portions of the visible and near-infrared spectrum. Built as an optimized combination on top of the existing optical path, it enables modular switching of the optical path, allowing near-field optical imaging and scanning under different wavelength conditions. With broadband focusing parabolic-mirror collection, it can seamlessly switch to near-field scanning imaging from the visible to the near-infrared band.
