Solid-State Terahertz Near-Field Imaging System

The solid-state-source near-field system uses a 97.8 GHz continuous-wave avalanche diode as its light source, delivering an output power of up to 80 mW. The detector can be either an imported or a domestically produced wave detector. The system achieves near-field imaging resolution better than 80 nm with a high signal-to-noise ratio, and features a compact, easy-to-use design.
