Recently, our company completed an angel round of financing worth several million RMB. The round was led by Yizhan Capital, with co-investment from Yuyan (Hainan) Investment Group Co., Ltd. This round of financing will help Miji Technology deepen its scientific research and development in the field of nano terahertz technology and expand its exploration across multiple application scenarios, marking a solid step forward for Miji Technology in the terahertz field.

Product Introduction
The company's core product is the terahertz nano-resolution near-field system, which is compatible with various terahertz sources including terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and terahertz continuous-wave radiation sources (such as solid-state electronic sources, vacuum electronic radiation sources, vector network analyzers, quantum cascade lasers and gas lasers). With a brand-new optical path design, the system effectively extracts terahertz signals from the probe tip, achieving an ultra-high spatial resolution of 50 nm while maintaining an extremely high signal-to-noise ratio. The system is stable and easy to operate, uses commercial AFM probes, and offers short imaging times; it can truly realize terahertz nano-spectroscopy (when paired with a terahertz spectroscopy system), with performance comparable to world-class products of its kind. The company's core terahertz instrument subsystems are fully self-controlled, with over 90% of modules and components domestically produced, and the company also possesses independent R&D capabilities for terahertz sources.

To better achieve testing precision and user-friendliness of the nano THz nano-resolution micro-spectroscopy system, Miji Technology has launched a near-field terahertz main unit with fully independent intellectual property rights. It can realize probe microscopy functions such as atomic force microscopy (AFM), lateral force microscopy (LFM) and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), and can also be combined with fluorescence (FM), Raman (RM) and other systems. The main unit adopts high-performance nanoscale stepping motors with fully automatic tip approach; nonlinear correction and calibration are available for any range and angle within the scanning range, with nonlinearity less than 1% and orthogonality error less than 1. A DSP chip enables high-speed digital computing, supporting data processing and control requirements in a variety of application scenarios; the modular mechanical design makes the system highly open, supporting secondary development and improvement by users. The product has rich application scenarios, covering terahertz material property analysis in research laboratories, non-destructive chip inspection in the semiconductor industry, and biomedical observation.
Application Scenarios
The terahertz nano-imaging system developed by Miji Technology combines innovative terahertz time-domain filtering technology to achieve high-resolution nanoscale spectral analysis. By eliminating surface wave interference, the system provides precise identification of material composition, and is widely used in cultural relic preservation, nano-optics research and materials science. Whether for laboratory standard samples or actual historical relic pigments, Miji Technology's system can accurately distinguish the intrinsic characteristics of different pigments and materials with a spatial resolution below 50 nm, providing powerful support for scientific research and industrial applications.
Miji Technology's terahertz nano-imaging system also demonstrates great potential in the biological field, especially in high-resolution imaging of cells, bacteria, viruses and other biomacromolecules. Through precise terahertz spectral analysis, the system can monitor molecular vibrations, structural characteristics and interactions of biological samples in real time without damaging them. The high spatial resolution (up to 50 nm) enables researchers to deeply observe microscopic structural changes inside cells, infection processes of bacteria and viruses, and the dynamic behavior of biomacromolecules such as proteins and nucleic acids — providing strong technical support for disease research, drug development and biomedical testing.
