In February 2022, the company's R&D department completed the delivery of a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy near-field optical microscope system at the Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The product is our self-developed terahertz near-field microscope, intended for biology-related research. The system integrates far-field and near-field switching functions.

Far-field function testing includes transmission terahertz spectroscopy and reflection terahertz spectroscopy.

Near-field functions include terahertz near-field spectral scanning and terahertz near-field imaging. The near-field transmission spectral range is 0.5–2.5 THz, and the near-field imaging resolution is 40 nm.
